What are the types of Return Policies available on iMotorbike? 

  • We accept returns of any damage/defective/incorrect items, up to 7 days upon order being delivered, and that are returned under the same conditions that they were received. We require to receive prior to the returning item being sent, screeshot pictures of the item and a clear explanation of the return reason over email to returns@imotorbike.com.

Can I return an item after the iMotorbike Return Policy coverage days?

  • Once the 7 days window has passed, there won't be any return accepted.

  • At any postal shop near to you, by sending it over to the recommended address over your communication with returns@imotorbike.com

Why was my return rejected? 

What can I do to ensure that my return is not rejected or cause delays in my refund? 

Can I change my refund method for my returns?


Return Status

How do I track my returns?

  • You can firstly track by using your own parcel tracking code, provided to you by the postal office where you dropped the parcel and on a later stage upon its delivery to us, you can reach out to us at returns@imotorbike.com for further support.

Why is the maximum refund amount stated different compared to the item price? 

  • Shipping fee's are not refundable on any item returns.
