Delivery Options 

What delivery options does iMotorbike offer? 

  • We provide standard delivery shipment only at the moment.

How do I know what delivery options are available for a product?

  • All products have the same standard delivery shipment. There are no express shipment options available at the moment.

Shipping Fee 

How can I check my shipping fee when placing an order? 

  • Shipping fee will be added on the checkout once you are proceeding for payment and prior of order paid or confirmed, therefore providing you with visibility on the total shipping costs. 
  • This shipping costs, do not include costums and tax costs that you might get involved with depending on your country regulations, to which we advise a prior research from your end to a better understanding of what you will need to pay.

How is my shipping fee calculated? 

  • Shipping fee's are calculated based on weight of the parcel, size of the parcel and location that is going to be sent to.

How do I get Free Shipping? 

  • Free Shipping is currently not available at iMotorbike.

What will happen when I buy multiple items from the same seller? 

  • Your parcel will most likely be bundled, depending on the parcel sizes and weights.

Where can I find the free shipping products?

  • There are no Free Shipping items currently available at iMotorbike.

Delivery Related 

How can I change the shipping address of my order? 

  • The Shipping address cannot be changed after payment and order confirmation.

What can I do if I have placed an order with the wrong shipping address? 

  • There is nothing that can be done unfortunately, due to security and complexity of delivery system, all shipping confirmed addresses can't be change upon order confirmation.

Can I schedule the delivery based on my availability to receive the item? 

  • All orders are delivered according to the availability and timing of all delivery companies and their staff coordination schedules. We aren't able to provide a fixed delivery timing but most delivery companies will be informing you via sms or call prior to delivering your parcel.

Package Issue 

I have received a damaged/defective/incorrect item, what can I do?

  • You are advised to screeshot the package before you proceed in opening it and send us the pictures to returns@imotorbike.com for us to support you on returning your goods. 
  • You will have up to 7 days from the delivery date to return your parcel.

I have received an incomplete item, what do I do?

  • You are advised to screeshot the package with all delivered items and send us the pictures to returns@imotorbike.com explaining what item(s) was missing from your delivered package.

Track Your Order 

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do? 


How can I know exact date and time of the delivery? 

  • It is only possible to follow the parcel location and process by using the tracking number provided on the delivery company website and tracking tool. 
  • There's no way of guaranteeing an exact date and time of delivery, but its possible to have an estimation to the day that is intended to be delivered.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product? 

  • It is only possible to follow the parcel location and process by using the tracking number provided on the delivery company website and tracking tool.

Within how long should I inform iMotorbike about my damage/defective/incorrect item? 

  • It's compulsory to inform iMotorbike of your damage/defective/incorrect item within 48 hours of having receive your parcel.

I need my order now, Can iMotorbike speed up the delivery? 

  • The delivery process is the same for every single parcel order and it follows the delivery company standard proceedures. There's no possible way of making it faster unfortunately.

Is there any domestic area iMotorbike cannot deliver to? 

  • All areas are covered.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives? 

  • The delivery company will process a second delivery attempt on the following day.

Can I pick up my order at iMotorbike office? 

  • We do not have any products on iMotorbike's office, therefore we won't be able to provide or fullfil any order within our office permisses. 

Can iMotorbike deliver the package to my office? 

  • Your order can be delivered to whatever address you have made of choice, once you place and order over iMotorbike.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays? 

  • All delivery companies only operate during working days, monday to friday. Weekends and public holidays you wont be receiving any order.

Does iMotorbike offer international shipments?

  • At the moment, we do not provide international shipments for our products.
